OUR APPROACH
AS STUDENTS REACH THE SECONDARY YEARS (HIGH SCHOOL) WE AIM TO PROVIDE AN EXCITING LEARNING PROGRAM THAT BUILDS ON CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, INCREASED RESPONSIBILITIES, RESILIENCE, CHALLENGES AND THE FOSTERING OF A CURIOSITY FOR LIFE AND A LOVE OF LEARNING. THIS BEING THEIR LAUNCHPAD INTO A LIFE BEYOND SCHOOL, HENCE LAUNCHING THEM INTO LIFE! THROUGH ALL THIS THEY WILL BE READY TO GO WITH CONFIDENCE INTO A LIFE BEYOND SCHOOL.
OVERVIEW
In the secondary years of high school (7-10), our school aims to partner with families to successfully launch students into life. As they move closer to life beyond school, students are offered many opportunities to ignite their passions and choose the appropriate academic or vocational pathway to suit their particular interests and abilities. They are also guided and supported pastorally as they grow in their knowledge of God and seek to become all that He has created them to be.
Through quality teaching, creative lessons and innovative courses, our students are encouraged in their love of learning and guided through the challenges of becoming independent and informed members of the community.
Leadership skills are valued and strengthened as our senior students serve their peers in areas including spiritual, social and sporting endeavour.
